Sushi

Tra la la, I've just had a new creative kitchen moment! And, yes, I'm that sad that I took a photo of it to share! LOL I just made sushi for the first time! :oD I'm taking my little bambinos to work for lunch today but I already ate the two off the ends that were a little bit depleted where the filling hadn't reached the edges but they were delicious, if I do say so myself! I'm sure sushi experts could tell me all that's wrong with them but for a first try I'm really pleased! ;o)
